Most information comes in form of videotutorials. Please be sure, that you have the Flash player installed on your system. You can find more information about Flash on the Adobe website.
The basic concept of the standalone and the plugins is similar. If you know one of those tools, then the step to a different version is not very hard – it´s just a matter of the different integration into the host application.

This compilation is a still growing source of information about Xfrog. When you go through the workshops, you should learn a lot about Xfrog. Even so we recommend that you take a look at the manual – you will find a lot of usefull information right there.
