Xfrog shipping options:

Fedex – In addition to Electronic Download, customers can opt to receive their order on DVD via FedEx. Shipping and handling costs are shown on product pages.

Though we offer multiple formats as downloads, we are only able to physically ship one format per order. If you select multiple formats and opt for DVD shipment, you must indicate which format you want shipped in the “Comments” field during checkout.

If we receive your order by 1pm PST Weekdays, it will usually go out the same day via our Fedex Priority Daily Pickup. Orders received after 1pm PST will be sent out the next business day.

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of all orders and your download links, and if you have chosen Fedex International Priority, a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for physical shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order.

While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Xfrog is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.


For physical goods which are damaged or unusable, your returns should occur within 30 days of our shipment, at your cost. We do not charge a restocking fee and your full purchase refund (including the fedex shipping to you) will transmit back to your credit card account within 30 days of our receipt of your returned goods.

Downloaded Goods

We offer three to nine free model samples from each of our plant libraries inside each of the XfrogPlant library shop pages, and we offer free trial downloads of all our software, and by doing so we attempt to offer you a robust “try before you buy” experience with any of the products in our shop. We hope you will take advantage of this policy to do “due diligence” regarding our model quality and our software robustness and feature set, before you buy. Because we offer the ability of “try before you buy”, we are not normally able to offer refunds on downloaded items.

If you have a problem with your download access speed(we have a very fast dedicated server, but the download files can be large) or other download technical problem/broken zip, the quickest way to solve that, if repeated downloads do not solve, is to call us, or to automate, place a new order, select “Fedex”, and email us to cancel the first order.
